Nana Georgiou has been trained amongst other schools in the Sivananda Vedanta Ashram in Kerala, India, where she completed her Yoga teacher’s training course in 1999. She holds a master’s degree in Sociology and Public Relations from the University of Vienna, and a bachelor’s degree in Contemporary Dance from the University of Nicosia. She is also a Reiki master of the Usui Shiki Ryoho School and a dancer of classical South Indian dance, Bharatanatyam. Nana was a Yoga Instructor for ten years at the Anassa Hotel in Pafos. She was a part-time lecturer at the University of Nicosia where she taught yoga and classical Indian dance at the Music and Dance Department. She taught yoga, amongst other places, at Life Centre, Zening Resorts, Pilates Philosophy, Serenity House and Green Bliss Yoga.
