Mobility is a class that will help you perform movement and exercise in a full range of motion. Your mobility is always something you can improve. In terms of results, this will initially be something you can feel rather than see. You might feel a little less stiff after one or two classes but the key is to be consistent with your mobility training. Over time you should see an increase in your range of motion not only in your muscles but in your joints as well, perhaps you will see an improvement in your performance in other activities.
