Fusion essentially, is a class with mix elements of Pilates, ballet, yoga and functional training, the moves are choreographed to motivating music. During a part of the workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls, rings and small hand weights to sculpt, slim tone and stretch your entire body. Participating in this class you will reduce pressure on your joints, tendons, ligaments and spine. You’ll also notice a remarkable improvement in your core strength and posture. While a tight core will give you a taller appearance, it will also keep you safe from injuries. No experience required.
