The TRX Suspension training is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. This workout is intended to be done as a circuit, moving from exercise to exercise, with minimal rest. After you have finished all of the exercises, rest for a few minutes and repeat the whole circuit two to three times.
